(At time of registration, there is a $45.00 registration fee due for the first child, and each additional child a $10.0 registration fee. Half of the first months tuition will be due at time of registration as well. The total monthly tuition cost will be provided to you once you have selected the classes that fit your dancers need.)

STUDIO POLICIES

Tuition Information: Monthly tuition is based on the number of dance hours in the year, not the number of days in a month. There are no reductions made for absenteeism. If your child cannot attend his/her regular class, other classes are available.

Tuition Payment: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. After the 5th, there will be a 10% late charge automatically added to your account. If tuition is not paid in full by the 15th of each month, an additional 5% charge will be added to the total amount owed. Failure to pay by the 15th may result in dismissal of the student from his/her class. If you have any concerns about your account, please speak to Karen or you can email DanceDepot01@comcast.net

Private/Duet/Trio Lessons: Payment for private/duet/trio lessons for each month are to be made at the beginning of each month. Unlike monthly tuition, private/duet/trio lessons are based on the number of days in a month. If student fails to show up for a private lesson without notifying the studio, no credit for that class will be issued. If for any reason the instructor must cancel, a credit will be issued for the missed class and applied to a future lesson. Cost for lessons are: Private $25.00 for each 1/2 hour, Duets $15.00 per 1/2 hour per student, and Trios $12.00 per 1/2 hour per student.

Returned Checks: A returned check fee of $25 will be charged to your account if your check is returned. Two (2) or more returned checks on the same account will result in the studio being unable to accept payments in a check form.

Costume Deposit: A non-refundable costume deposit of $50 per costume is due by November 1, 2009. Remaining balances will be due February 1, 2010.
